The Consortium for Aerospace Research and Innovation in Canada (CARIC) is proud to sponsor the AERO 2017 conference hosted by the Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI). The event, to be held in Toronto from May 16 to 18, 2017, is an excellent platform for promoting collaborative aerospace research and development nationally and internationally.
Organizing committee member CARIC, together with some of its members and partners, including the Green Aviation Research & Development Network, have taken this year’s event a step further.
The conference, on the theme Canada’s North: Roles and Opportunities for Aerospace, will give industrial researchers and specialists the chance to discuss research issues and how to improve collaboration. AERO 2017 is a unique opportunity to showcase CARIC’s results and activities through poster presentations. Participants and project leaders are also encouraged to give poster presentations to share their work.
Through enhanced collaboration with CASI, CARIC hopes to strengthen ties between the aerospace industry and teaching and research institutions—major sources of innovation.
